Hi All
We are a large GP surgery, with about 50 rooms/extensions.
Our current panasonic phone system, whilst digital, is creaking at edges, and cant do a lot of the things that we want it to do.
We are currently looking for a new phone system that will allow us to monitor receptionists answering the phones in more detail, and also allow better performance monitoring of call answering.
Key things are
Detailed call answering and monitoring of data
Being able to monitor individual staff members performance - i.e. them all having an access code so they can "login" to any extension that they sit at etc
Adding extensions/forming groups etc easily
Recording all calls
Nice to have a feature where you can run an app on your iPhone etc and it becomes a virtual extension.
Support from the installer if things go wrong etc
We are lucky in that the whole building has CAT5 wired to each and every room, and the current phone system uses this with an adaptor - it is not VOIP, but wiring wouldnt be a problem, I assume.

Any ideas gratefully appreciated
