Looks fine but I could maybe suggest a couple of things. Do you really need Windows Professional ? Windows Home is cheaper and for a gaming rig and general use is all you need. Also, how about a 64GB SSD as your OS/Boot drive and use your Seagate 1TB for everything else ? The increased system performance from having your OS on an SSD is worth it.

Thanks for your input guys :) i have made some changes such as downgrading to windows 7 home and also going with idleman's recommendations of power supply and RAM....

I was curious as to the difference in motherboards..
Is it worth paying the extra for the Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £109.99

Compared to Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £89.98 ??

cheers guys :)

You may want to make sure you choose Idleman's CPU as well as yours is oem and you won't have a cooler. In theory you could buy an oem CPU and an aftermarket cooler but I would recommend that you buy a retail CPU as well as an aftermarket giving you a longer warranty and a spare cooler.

Was just having a look at some of the deals and noticed this
Club3D HD 7950 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card - AMD 3 for FREE Promotion £287.99

Havnt really heard much about Club3D .. but this seems to be a massive saving for the 7950.

Do you guys think its worth the jump in cost in regards to future proofing, as i was looking at getting 7870 anyways??

cheers again :)
