Spec needed (£500 for everything)

Hi guys!

I'm looking for a spec for my friend. He's currently using an Intel 500Mhz something or other

He needs everything: Windows XP, 17" tft, mouse, keyboard and speakers... The full lot.

He'd like to play a few games, but isn't a big gamer. It would mostly be for internet/email/college work etc.

Is this possible for £500?
