Spec Needed - first gaming PC

Hi guys

I'm looking to put together my first gaming PC, primarily for use with my racing games F1 2012 (comes out next week), iRacing and rFactor.

I'm very new when it comes to choosing components so any help/advice that you guys have will be much appreciated. I want the system to run at Ultra settings for all of these games. I won't require a monitor as I will play the games through my HDTV.

I'm looking at a budget of around £800 or slightly more; do you think this will be achievable?

As Stulid said use Win8 preview for the time being and buy an OS later. Included a steering wheel.
