Spec needed for VMware lab

Hi all,

I'm looking to build two VMware ESXi 5.5u1 hosts, for a lab.

I need your input on what to get, I want hosts that will support the following:

IMPI (remote management KVM)
32gb RAM
SFF case
4 NIC's supported in VMware
Low power PSU and CPU
Quiet as possible

Thoughts? I don't have a budget as yet.
