I need a quick spec on a office pc for basic office tasks, email, word processing, browsing, etc.

Graphics not important.

Budget: £300 inc vat.

With a monitor and all peripherals? No, impossible. This site, an enthusiast one, simply does not stock components old/cheap enough to manage such a feat. Sorry mate.
