Spec opinion on upgrade

I have just bought a 6950 and as such need to upgrade my system perfect excuse its only a partial build.

Parts I have so far

Case
6950 gfx
650w antec psu
2x 500gb hard drives
Iiyama ProLite E2407HDS

The upgrade I am planning

Have a look at the motherboard below, offers Ivy Bridge and PCIE 3 support and offers the Z68 which has a few extra options per P68 chipset.
