spec please - £800 budget

Hi guys and girls

As in the title, I am looking to build a new computer (which would be my first build), and am seeking help regarding the spec from people who have a greater knowledge of PC hardware than myself (which is probably at least 95% of people on this forum).

Ideally I would like the PC to have the following:

- a 22" widescreen monitor
- 2GB RAM
- a fairly decent graphics card

In short, summat that would be able to handle normal windows use efficiently (if that makes any sense), as well as being able to run footy manager and pro evo 'nicely'.

Sorry for the vagueness of what I'm looking for, hopefully you can decipher my description and find a suitable spec.

If you really want a 22" monitor then you could add the one in the above spec, but this would push the price to about £840.
