Spec please :)

I would be grateful if someone could make a spec for me;

~£600-700

I need pritty much everything new except mouse/keyboard, screen and sound (i have usb headset)

I am a high gamer so would like something which is powerful for FPS and i MIGHT get a new keyboard/mouse so if anyone could recommend ~£40 keyboard/mouse set for gaming.

I would like the system to be very powerful and be long lasting

I was thinking about going AM2 over 939 but didn't know which would fit it better, however as ive just purchased an ipod, im now needing a spec for ~500-550£, ill play around with ideas and see what you guys think

Also, to cut back slightly, and because i have a pritty much brand new 120GB HD i was thinking of just buying a small HD and use the 120GB with the new one, maybe 80 or another 120GB HD. Although im not sure if its a SATA or IDE HD, in my disk monitor it says its an ATA-6 Device, anyone clarify anything about this for me?
