Spec Please

Hello,
Looking to build my Dad a new PC for christmas so could any kind folks spec up a system for me. I want an E8400 CPu in it which i ahve already got so all other componenets to fit around that if possible.

The system will only be used for browsing the net, e-mail, very basic document writing and playing the yearly football manager style game.

I also want Vista 64 SP1 OEM to be factored in.

I didn;t state a budget but as cheap as possible whilst providing the functions stated in my OP
