Hi all

Just looking around for a roughly £400-500 PC to be used mainly for browsing, word editing etc. with an SSD that wont start squeaking with lots of browsers and apps running as the Mrs has a tendency to never ever shut anything down before opening a new Word doc or browser. Ever. I have the peripherals and a 27" monitor so basically just the tower.

Cheers!

There is one little thing about it that may or may not bother you/her.

The case front USB3.0 ports have no where to connect to on the board as it doent have a front USB3.0 header, it has rear ports.

This solves that issue.

If she uses a lot of apps and has lots and lots of tabs open at the same time then you might want to consider a 16Gb kit of RAM assuming you use a suitable OS to address that much memory.
