Hi

Can I have a spec for a friend. Medium gaming comp, good for FPS on medium for the future, needs everything - keyboard, mouse, 22" screen, max £600 budget. Currently playing SWTOR on a lappie, chugging like mad!

Cheers chappies.

Slightly over. Probably could shave off a few extra pounds but i've spec'd each item for a reason. People may spec a cheaper 450W PSU but having 550W means he has no worries should he want to upgrade to a much higher spec GPU. There are cheaper H61 mobos but this one has USB 3, PCI-EX 3, sata 6 ports as well. The HDD is slightly faster than the WD caviar which is on offer and only just cheaper.

I would have liked to have spec'd the nvidia 460 as it adds cuda support and it is better than the 6850 but it is also slightly more expensive. I had to draw a line somewhere to keep close to the budget.

Hope this helps any questions or problems feel free to ask

good build for the budget above would go with that one. most others will give the same specs but need HDD
