Looks good, guessing your Ocing from the noctua.

Would suggest you get some G. Skill HZ or Ballistix PC5300 ram instead of the OCZ especially with an intel. You can clock the RAM uber high with the CPU.

Other than that, pretty good.

The motherboard is DDR2 & DDR3 compatible, allowing you to upgrade in the future. The PSU is a Corsair which is probably the best around at the moment. The case is more to do with my personal opinion, though the Antec 900 is still an excellent case. The HDD is a WD AAKS drive, which are the fastest around at the moment. The RAM is also very highly clockable.
