1. Would my Enermax Nosietaker 485w PSU be enough to handle this along with an x1950xt?

2. Would i see a huge improvement over my amd 4000+ at 3050ghz?

3. Is the mobo good for overclocking or do u recommend any other (below £120)?

4. Is the cpu any good for overclocking or should i get the 6400?

Thanks.

Edit: damn, i just noticed this was in the wrong forum, could a mod move it please thanks.

1) Yes it is ok with your rig

2) No unless you overclock, in fact an A64 sandy @ 3Ghz is better in most apps than an E6300 @ stock. But you will definetely notice the difference in multitasking.

3) Under £120 and overclockable: DS3 / P5N-E / P5B-E

4) E6300 is very ocable when coupled with a decent mobo, if you want to make sure that mobo FSB doesn't hinder your overclock get a CPU with higher multi like the E6400 or E4300.
