Spec thoughts please

I am looking at the following for my new gaming itx build.

Not having been in the scene for a few years - upgrading from my i7 930 build.

Please could I have some comments?

I could really do with some cheaper suggestions on Mobo's. I my OC a little but it was more the gaming option on this one that I liked ie sound card ect

Like the Impact, the sound quality is excellent.

EDIT: Thought that was a Phenom in your spec I should pay more attention.

EDIT #2: The PSU is too big for the case. You need 140mm max.
