Hi all

So my other half has requested a replacement digital camera for birthday/Christmas. Now, I know absolutely nothing about digital cameras except SLRs are the good ones and she does not at all need one of those. So bearing that in mind, what would be a good idea for a camera, in the £150 price range, that:

1) Is slim and can fit in a hand bag.
2) Is easy to transfer photos to PC (I've seen a Sony DSCWX350 with Wi-fi which looks interesting)
3) Has decent battery life
4) Has optical zoom not digital.

I am totally lost as this is definitely not my area of technological expertise :D

I'm not sure if there's anything new that comes close to price vs.quality but I'm sure the Fujifilm XF1 is still a right little contender that's will be hard to beat.
Image quality will be good due to the bigger than normal sensor and the fast lens will help in low light.
