spec up 200 mobo cpu pci-e card

ok making the move from skt a to a64

looking for a board needs to support sata and pci-e must be full board to

a cpu either 754 or 939 (no semprons)

and a cheap pci-e graphics a 6600 turbocache is fine

see what people can do

got ddr 400 ram 1 gig of it and drives etc
 
This pretty much fits your requirements but if you aren't a gamer then I'd make do with the onboard graphics for now and get a faster CPU and/or save up more money for a better graphics card later.
