spec up a nice Real time strategy machine

k i want a shuttle that will play battle for middle earth really well for a lan game. So thats why i want a small case to carry easily, i need everything spec apart from monitor, keyboard,mouse and graphics card. Ive got a spare x800xl (pciexpress) i know nothing about shuttle pcs so i dont know if it will fit.
My budget is £400 and ill need everything apart from what i mentioned above.

Going to struggle finding a pci-express shuttle with cpu, ram and hd for under £400 methinks.

Around £250 for the shuttle
cheap 1gb ram £50
amd 3000+ £100
40gb hd £35
