Spec up needed: 140pounds for CPU, Memory, HDD and Mobo

Quite a basic rig needed. Mainly used for word processing etc Hard Drive does not need to be large so even 40gb is fine. Onboard video is fine too.

So far specced this together:

Intel Dual Core E2180 2.0 Ghz (Retail 775)
Asus P5GC-MX/1333, i945
Corsair 2GB PC2-6400
Samsung Spinpoint P80 40GB SATA

Comes to 140 including delivery.

Is this ok, or what would you guys recommend? Thank you.
