Spec upgrade

I'm considering having about a £250 budget, on Aug 2. And was wanting upgrades
My current specs are:
ASRock K7S41GX
AMD Sempron 2400
1x 256 MB ram
1x 512 MB ram
ATi Radeon 9250
2x DVD drives
120GB HDD
Floppy Drive

I was wanting to upgrade the CPU to skt 939, and the graphics card, so if anyone can help, thanks
