Ok, got the Crysis beta today and realise just how out of date my set up is...

P4 2.8
ASRock ConRoe945G-DVI
2.5gb generic ram (1 x 1GB 667, 2 x 512mb 533, 1 x 512mb 667)
Seagate Barracuda 250gb 7200.10
Antec Sonata II w/ SmartPower 2.0 450W
Generic CPU cooler.

I was thinking about getting the E2140 but apart from that, I have no idea where to start...

And my budget is around £200.

Don't know about the rest, but get the E2180 if you are going for an E2*** series.

It's overbudget but you could sell your current processor and video card to make up the difference. This would be a HUUUUUUUGE improvement, provided you have a PSU that's up to the task.

Below that the best value is an X1950 Pro. An 8600 GT is also worth considering but I'd personally rather have the 1950 with cash in my pocket for an upgrade later.
