you mean assuming your budget is £800?
Do you really need blu-ray? a simple DVD drive would free up £60 which could be put towards either better gfx 4890 or better CPU 955, other than that yeah looks good

That motherboard won't support an AM2+ CPU, only AM3. So you'd need to either change the mobo to an AM2+ or the CPU to the newer AM3 socket.
