What do you guys think of this spec

My computer will be used for 3dsmax, adobe after effects, flash and gaming (not in high resolutions (monitor is limited to 1024x768 )). The computer is gonna be on pretty much all the time, whilst rendering /dowloading etc. My main concern is will the power supply that comes with this case be able to handle it, i have got a few USB devices as well......If there is any way I can improve by making it cheaper then please please let me know as I really wanna keep it as low as possible i should also mention that i will be using my current 120gb ATA Hdd, and a DVD writer from my current rig.....

i would get a new 500w psu tho to avoid any potential problems occuring at a later date..

hmmm :/ cost was the major issue for me which is why i chose a case tat comes with a PSU. Any other reccomendations/changes i could make? How about if i went AM2 or would that be pointless.....
