What do you guys think of this spec

My computer will be used for 3dsmax, adobe after effects, flash and gaming (not in high resolutions (monitor is limited to 1024x768 :( )). The computer is gonna be on pretty much all the time, whilst rendering /dowloading etc. My main concern is will the power supply that comes with this case be able to handle it, i have got a few USB devices as well......If there is any way I can improve by making it cheaper then please please let me know as I really wanna keep it as low as possible i should also mention that i will be using my current 120gb ATA Hdd, and a DVD writer from my current rig.....

Thanks in advance to all

system specs seem fine...

i would get a new 500w psu tho to avoid any potential problems occuring at a later date..

hmmm :/ cost was the major issue for me which is why i chose a case tat comes with a PSU. Any other reccomendations/changes i could make? How about if i went AM2 or would that be pointless.....
