I'd stick with the Geil, change the cooler, and buy an x1900 xtx from the members market for the same price as this cut-down "pro" :)
 
Looking good matey, i'm building a similar spec atm, same ram, mobo, hdd, cpu cooler and psu :D Although i've gone for the E6600 and the HIS ATI 1950pro :) Hope your build goes well,
