Specific user editing a website

Hi guys
Im just designing a website for work. I work at a golf club, and once it designed i'd like to allow the Pro to update 'his page' with his latest offers etc etc. This would only be a simple case of updating the text inside the tables that are already on the webpage.
What would be the simplest way to allow him to do this?

Interesting, is there anyway of setting this up so he can only access and edit 1 page of the website?

Ive just installed wordpress, it looks like i have to design my site with this. Is there anyway of updating an existing site with it?
