Long story short, I Already have a Mouse, keyboard, headset, USB flash drive(download all the mobo drives e.t.c) SSD drive for my games, Coolermaster HAF x and the 7870 MSI HAwk edition GPU (got it for 200 what a steal :P ). Products been sitting in my room since early septmeber, I couldent resist i needed some PC parts to look at :P

Now all i need is the main parts and OS. Now I Love MSI and thier products so i went with thier mobo the Mpower, but is it worth the extra money? I mean all i need is a option to go sli/crossfire, some sata 6gps ports and a one button overclock for my CPU. (plus the board itself has to look good, hate the blue and white color scheme on boards)

I was thinking of getting the MSI z77A-G43 mobo which is on deal for £70!.

Is Win8 any good, what about driver issues with games and in total e.t.c and i already gota sound card look closely ;)

Mate i already got a Coolermaster HAF x case with a OCZ agility 3 SSD 90GB for my games, i need a SSD just for my O.S and a few video editing programmes, 60gb will be more then enough but i want some headroom in terms of space. I dont need a 1tb drive just yet, il get it early november when i start making my videos

You edited while I was typing.

Win8 is OK, but you can always buy Win7 later if you dont like it.

So what about my MSI mobo problem, go with the Mpower? or the £70 msi version?. I only want MSI mobo, the gigabyte alternative with a good color scheme cost around 112, for similar specs.....

Get the Mpower, it looks swish and has the extra features.

BUt my question is stulid, Would i need the extra features??, I only want to overclock my CPU at 4.2ghz-4.5 ghz. Option to SLI/crossfire, some 6gps sata ports, and some PCI slots for my wifi and sound card?. Both MSI boards have a one button easy overclock for my cpu which i will more then likely use.

Well the MSI z77A-G43 doesn't support SLI and only does Crossfire at 16X/4X, so you have answered your own question, you want the extra features of the Mpower.
