Specs check please - just about to order

Right, its finally time to make the shift towards dx 10 and qua core.....however I need some adice regarding the upgrades Im getting. At the moment I have the rig in my sig, and Im keeping the psu and heatsink. However Im planning on getting this:

Asus P5K Intel P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - Retail

Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT SILENT Heatpipe 512MB GDDR3 VIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2G8004GK)

Now, Im 100% on the gfx card and the cpu but Im not 100% on the mobo and ram. Im on a bit of a budget so anything at the same price or there abouts would be great. Also, I know that the latest BIOS upgrade for the mobo gets rid of some of the problems that were plaguing the mobo but ofc not all. Any recommendations would be great, thanks in advance :)

E.D.I.T.: Forgot to say, Iv got an Thermalright 120 Ultra heatsink.

It's a 4gb kit, so not really that much when taken into account... albeit more expensive then 2 x 2gb kits.
 
Bit of an OCZ fan and considering its 2 x 2GB I thought it was fairly financially feasible. Any other suggestions would be more than welcome =D

I think it's a good choice, gives you the option for 4gb more later..... if you have the money for 4gb it's worth doing imo....
