specsavers contact lens help

need some help from some one that gets the lens through the post please am trying to find out what the number is on the outer box please as i need to phone them up and check when my new set will be here

They got my address completely wrong, no street name or number, wrong postcode and the building name was spelt completely wrong. Had to phone them up and get them to change my address. A few days later two boxes turned up, both with the wrong address, somehow royal mail had managed to get it to me with just the apartment number and a vague building name.

Changed my branch, home address and prescription with them about 2 months ago. They managed to send the old prescription to my old address last week.

Must call them later today to sort it as I'm not for wearing the old prescription for the next 3 months as there was nearly 4 years between eye tests.
