Spector Pro 230mm Question

I received a BitFenix Spector Pro 230mm fan today to place it into my BitFenix Prodigy case. I was just wondering what the 2 Molex connectors are for? Are they different Volts are something?

probably for power, incase you run out of motherboard headers. could also be for more power if the fan requires more than the fan headers on the motherboard can provide
