Sped me a new wireless router, please!

As per title need a new DUAL-BAND router. Currently live in an apartment complex and everyone has wireless meaning there's loads of interference.
Currently use a Netgear DGN 2200 but it's not dual band
Hopefully using the 5ghz band should improve speeds!
Budget say £50!

Additional: needs to have multiple ports as I have my computer and my youview box wired in. Rest is wireless.
Also require it to be a modem router, NOT cable

£50 is only going to get you into the very bottom end of dual band routers. Most of them are twice that price or more.

Obligatory first questions - have you tried other channels? is the problem low speeds, packet loss, range? if low speeds, low speeds when doing what?

Should work, just connect by ethernet to one of the LAN sockets (yellow).

AC750 means it's only single-aerial on each of the frequencies, i.e. 300 Mbit max on the 2.4 Ghz or 433 Mbit max on the 5 Ghz. Just so you know.

I would honestly buy a modem and then get a decent router to go with it. You get so much more flexibility.
