Sansa Clip + i literally insane... you can just shove in a new memoery card when youve run out of space...., + with some decent headphones the sound is awesome :D

If all you want is a music player then get a classic.
If you want music and video get a nano.
If you want a multimedia player get a touch.
If you want a fiddly piece of crap buy a shuffle.

But if all you're after is a reasonably priced mp3 player then buy a sansa clip.

A Series Sony Walkman For just music, the sound quality is far better than ipod touch, expecially from the NWZ-A845

Just don't, you will have to use iTunes and it's a virus, I hate it, the last iTunes update deleted (yes actually deleted) 280 albums off my pc. It took O&O 9 hours to recover them only for iTunes to destroy them again.

iPod touch, lovely. iTunes, rubbish.

No it was Itunes.

It was just a bog standard update, it deleted the entire music folder and now it wants to delete the contents of the iPod because it tells me that the iPod is linked to a different iTunes. It's not though I only have 1 pc and 1 copy of iTunes.

It's just borked ATM and I'm sorting the folders out. After o&o recovered them I added them to iTunes. It then scattered the music all over the place, it created 2000 folders each with a sub folder with and album name, then inside that sub folder was 1 maybe 2 songs.

Im resigned to manually merging them all back together, copying the entire folder to a shadow location and trying again. As soon as it's sorted I will let it delete the iPod content and then resync. At that point it's being given to my wife and iTunes is being unistalled. I'll be getting a htc desire or hd3 and kiss goodbye to having to use the nightmare that is iTunes.

I've never had a single problem with iTunes.

I don't have it on my PC anymore, just my Macbook Pro. Personally think it's fantastic coupled with the Apple store.

Easy to get music, Easy to put it on to your ipod.

My nano has seen better days so will be looking to get a new nano, despite having a iPhone 4 and 3GS I don't use either for music :o
