Speed camera vans/sites

Coming back from prees Heath auction and there was a van in the lay-by I,d forgot about do these only read from the back of the van or does it record from the front too, noticed a little CCTV style camera where the rear view mirror would normally be.

don' think there is a hard and fast rule, the estate cars do usually have more gubbins in them because they are dedicated traffic cars - unless of course they have dogs in the back.

Normally have dogs driving, not that i agree with any of that
