just been flashed twice in a 50 zone going 40. cant believe it, there was another car just behind but he wasnt going 50 either.


so annoyed i hope theres a problem with the camera but i'm sure i'll get my 3 points and 60 pounds fine :(

anyone else had experience of getting flashed when not even speeding.
 
The detectors are very dodgy their was article in daily mail recently clocked a wall going 40mph i think thats the hand ones though but im sure fixed camera are not 100% accurate.
 
that article was quite a while ago and was about the inaccuracies of the hand held lasers.
funnily enough it was the bloke who designed the innards of the 'gun' that disputed how good it was and got people off of fines!
 
yer I read a similar article, in which a parked car was clocked at 20mph along with a series of other blunders that the authorities eventually reconised.

If you honestly were not speeding, dont worry about it. I doubt you will get anything through.
 
I was just flashed doing 45 in a 50, hrmm I guess I can always ask for a photo if they give me any strife
 
i was doing 25 past a 30 mph camera the other WEEK it was completely deserted and flashed.

still havent heard anything
