I've a frustrating problem with speed fan. Ive set all fans to PWM 1-6 mode Manual. and set them to 30% which is the best settings for my rads. The problem is after my pc boots up all fans run at 50% and i have to move them back to 30% am i doing something wrong for it not to stay at 30%?
