Speed Increase Suggestions

Would any of you fine people be able to give me some suggestions that may speed up my PC. The spec is in the Sig.

Any advice would be great.

Yeah, that makes sense. My temps are actually fine, but the boot process is a pain. So SSD may be the way to go.

Incidently, can I transfer the OS using True Image or something like that or would I need to install the OS from Scratch?

What SSD do you suggest?
