Well last night I was down to 3mb on a 70mb connection.
Looking into it it appears zen have been making network changes of late and moving people off the BT backhaul.

I have reviewed your connection further and can see the issues you are experiencing are likely due to an issue within the network.
That being said there is a resolution.
Rather than waiting I have manually placed an order for some work to be carried out on your network.
Once the order is confirmed this process takes 10 working days for the work to be completed.
Do not worry, you will still have service during this 10 day period but a few things will happen.
Firstly you will receive a cancellation email. This is an automated email that will be generated as a side effect of the work that needs to be carried out to rectify your issue. Please disregard this.
Secondly on the 10th working day you may experience some minor down time when the work completes. If this happens it will be down to our systems not updating to co-inside the work that has been carried out because we have taken the manual approach to speed things up.
