been onto my provider UKFSN, but say there is nothing that can be done as its in the threshold BT set, and it SHOULD get back to normal.

is there anything i can do here or not?

I'd be starting with trying to work out why your IP profile is so low. Have you done anything to the phone wiring lately, added any new points, connected any new devices?

EDIT: Simple things first, have you tried a new microfilter?

Currently in the same type of situation. Last week i was constantly restarting router and on Monday i got stuck on a 250Kbps profile. Didn't help I was also synching at 64/256 afew times.

No change in 5 days. I emailed o2 asking for a reset but who knows. Only got to put up with it for 9 days before I get migrated.

Stupid BT.

nothings changed, i have a wall socket as my filter that goes on stead of normal socket, will try and put one in the master, see if that does it.
will get back later let u know

It won't change your IP profile instantly because that isn't how it works. What would change is the speed your modem connects at.

You've lost ~3Mbps between the two shots...

I meant between wherever you normally connect and the master socket. You suggested you'd tried it with "no change".

ah i see, dont know, i dont check it unless there is a problem
but my thru put has now increased to 2300-2400, so it is getting better, hopefully it will keep rising back to where it was few days ago

thought i would just update you on where its at now
things are great again, it took a while for things to stablise, buts even better than before
i am getting a download speed of 6840 Kbps
