Valve, Kylotonn Entertainment and Frogster Interactive Pictures AG have announced the imminent release of Speedball 2 - Tournament. In addition, the retail version of the game will use Steam's authentication system, allowing Frogster to manage the global distribution of its international e-sports title.

I used to play speedbal on my atari st wicked game that was too.

Is there a 1.??

Hope it plays like the original. One of the best games of my youth :)
Wonder why its not going to be called speedball 3?
 
I had a 520STe and a 1040STFM (both with double side floppy drive!)

Saying that though, I played it more on the Amiga A600 I had.

hehehe i also played it on the ST, although i couldn't tell u what type we had, didn't know anything about computers back then :)

was great on my amiga. they released a updated one on ps2 i think or it may of been ps1, it was propa duff.

any1 remember "brutal Sports Football" for amiga?
