Speedfan help, its working but having trouble with 1 fan...

As above guys I just need a little help to sort this fan out. I have a rear exhaust fan that I can control manually fine but when I set it to automatic it runs at full speed even if I've set up a fan profile telling it otherwise.

The fan Is a pwm fan In the cpu pump port.

Any ideas?

I had the minimum fan speed set to 100% In a different page as it was a water pump previously.

also check your warning temps too. that confused me for a little while

Cheers mate. Got another problem with this fan. When the pc's running I can turn it down to 40% and its silent but when i start the pc the fan doesn't start till I up the speed to 63% but at that speed I can hear a ticking noise which is irritating me.
