Temp1 = Case temp
Temp2 = CPU temp
Temp3 = NB temp
HD0 = Hard drive temp

Can someone verify this, as i can't make out which one is the CPU, temp1 or temp2?

On my (AMD) machine, Temp 2 in Speedfan is the CPU temp - value closely matches the new 'Core' reading in Speedfan 4.29.

Temp 1 = case, temp 2 = CPU for me. No idea what temp 3 is as it shows up as -1ºc on my PC. :p Maybe it has a built-in beer cooler I haven't found yet, but it's more likely just a non-existent sensor on my MB.

Just run a prime test with speedfan running and hey presto the temp that goes up during this stress test in more than likely the cpu temp.

When you stop prime and the temp decreases you know you have the cpu temp.
