Speeding and speed camera

I got my first speeding fine from this camera:

I'm on a motorbike which has no front reg plate, so how did the camera detect me?

No it was recorded at the time I was travelling home, so it was in that particular direction.

I remember on the way to Liverpool there there traffic leading up to the roundabout so it was the way that Google is facing.

It happened on the 8th Oct.

Says I will get a £100 fine and 3 points. Thought it was just £60.
