Speeding Fine

Hi Your advice woudl be much appreciated!

So i have recently got caught speeding and have been offered an speeding course which of course im happy to do if it stops me getting 3 points.

Here comes the problem I have just been flashed again in a very similer manner around 38 in a 30.

My queston is looking at this letter for my first offence it says I have 28 days to decide if i wanna do a speeding course or take 3 points.

Is it worth me holding off completing this until I can find out about the most recent flashing ?

Thanks for advice guys my thinking was they may offer me another speeding awaeness course for this second conviction if i sit on this first one for a bit ( I have 28 days to decide if i want points or the course ?
