HI every1

Just got my Speeding fine through this mornin, I knew it was comin coz i saw the flashes lol. It was last monday it happened n it was a very strange camera, little box on the floor! But anyway it sez I was doin 35 in a 30, now i have 2 send the form bak to say who was driving as the cars in my dads name, then do i get the actual punishment bak, is it likely that i could get the seminar or will it definitely be points, problem is i dont really want points i'm only 17 n been drivin since november!!!!!!

Next question can i get out of it, do these letter templates work that ive seen on the internet??

hehe i new i'd get a post like that, its more than likely that i'll take the points and fine, i accept that i was just wondering if theres anyway out of it my dad wont tek the points he already has 3!!!

thats *** i was worried bout mainly, the insurance!!! how muchy do u fink it will put it up by, i pay nearly 900 already and thats on my dads insurance!!

yer i know i wont explain the reason behind gettin caught, but i was distracted!! so any1 reckon i *** get the seminar or will it definitely be points!

id be more worried that next time you get caught speeding you loose your license than been worried about my insurance costs to be honest. :(


insurance will be cheaper for you next year whatever happens if you get a no claims bonus

not sure really lol i know my dads the main driver on the insurance and i'm named driver but actually i dont know why the cars in his name!!! lol n wen i say seminar i mean that you get an option to either take the points or attend a seminar that teaches you not 2 speed!! trust me i wont get caught speeding agen as i dont break he speed limit anymore lol!!

well the cars in his name and so is the insurance i am not breaking the contract drivin it round many people do this, i suppose u *** sa its his car i jus drive it all the time i jus get him to put it on the drive sumtimes wen it s a tight fit :)

true but loads of people do *** i'm doin this is nothing to do with that! i will accept the points and fine, aslong as it doesnt affect my insurance very much, thats whats important!
 
Sorry but i fink if you dont shoose the 'cheapest' option then theres something wrong with you, you get the same service for less!!

apologies for grammar, yes but still i'm getting insurance thats what me and the majority of other people think! its always the same for new young drivers, unless their rich, they want cheap insurance and therefore they become named driver!

I know i kinda tried 2 end the the thread en i sed i *** accept the points and fine, now i know that insurance isnt affected much!
