Speeding up my network.

As above, it might be worth calling up BT. Maybe even lie about the poor wifi on the BT Hub and and they'll replace it to "fix" it (although honestly the HH3's wifi is pretty poor).

For future reference a good tool for testing LAN speeds is a small app called LAN Speed Test Lite, it is free.

bt are gonna send me out one of their new hubs for 6.75 saves me buying a switch, hopefully i'll get a little better wifi reception too. I plugged my network cable into that gbps port instead of the 100mb one and my download speed went from 9MB/s to 9.5, i thought its worth changing it since i get higher download speeds on my laptop when i get a better reception on the wifi.

Yip was goona say they sent me one out , i just told them the wi-fi was messing around on my old home hub 3
