Got nowhere, created a lot of hassle for both myself and the police, and just wasted police time in general. All because I overtook a slow moving (20~ in an NSL) at around 1am in the dark.

That is what I did, doesn't stop them calling my home and mobile phone numbers multiple times a week for MONTHS on end.Jez said:You could have simply refused to answer their calls and never replied to anything they sent you though? They had nothing with which to prosecute with?
