As the title, had my macbook pro now since feb and just thought that it may be time to run speedisk? Only got 'back' into macs since have the mbp and have not run speedisk since early macs (think they were 9400's or something:p)

Anyway, do you guys run this like defrag in windows? or does the mac like most things do a better job of keeping its drives tidy.
If it is recomended is it just a case of booting with the disk in and running the app?

cheers

Cheers guys, kinda thought that was the case (as in not needing to do anything), but thought i may aswell check.

Thanks again:D

Nice setup in sig the voice;)

Thanks for the ideas though, tbh, if the macs do not need it as people suggest then i will leave it be, its not as if i have a problem or anything.

Thanks again though guys.
