SpeedLink Medusa replacement?

Hi, I ordered the SpeedLink Medusa NX 5.1 Gaming Surround Sound Headset from ocuk around 6 - 7 months ago and today the left earphone has failed, would i be right in assuming they are still under warranty and what would be my chances of getting them replaced?

They come with a two year warrenty. i got mine changed after 27 month after they broke. They did not charge me for anything but the postage. Bargin as they where three months out of warrenty. Contact medusa in germany and they will direct you to a company in england who wll deal with the rma. I sent mine on monday,they got them tuesday and send replacements out on wednesday for thursday delivery. Fantastic service.
