Canada - where the beer flows
I live in canada and our power uses different voltages than in the UK and I was wondering if I ordered this set from OCUK if it would work, or if maybe they could get a special order for me? The only place I've seen that has them in canada is all out for at least a month and I noticed on their website it says "INCLUDES NORTH AMERICAN POWER SUPPLY", thats why I'm not sure about ordering from OCUK.

any help would be great!

If I got the USB version then I wouldn't need any power adapter or new soundcard right? I've heard the USB version isn't the best quality though. Would it be noticable if your not a sound geek? Because right now I use a very old SB soundcard and a $30 set of Jenson CD player headphones(full ear cover)

Well I've just read about all the problems people have ran into with the USB set with quality and driver issues, so I don't really want to get them. I think I'm going to get a "Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 Sound Card - OEM" to work with the non-usb Medusa's. Will that soundcard be ok?

Also a European to North American power adapter should allow them to work for me here in Canada, right?

110V

I've decided against the Medusa's, too many people seem to be having problems with them and I don't want to be bothered with an RMA overseas, if I get a dodgy set.

What I think I'm going to do is get the Sennheiser PC160 headset. I haven't heard NEARLY as many bad things about these headphones and even though the sound quality might not be "as" good, compared to the Medusa's(ones that work anyways  ), I think they will be fine with an Audigy SE 7.1 card for a person like myself who has been using a cheap $30 pair of Jenson headphones with a 10 year old Ensoniq sound card :p
