speeds and screen types

does one really notice a difference between 5ms and 2ms? And also whats the best screen type to get? eg theres TN and TFT etc

jsut that I was thinking about the Samsung SM-206BW but for £180 or LG 22 WIDE TFT L226WTQ for £198. or does any-one have any other suggestions?

i was just wondering what the difference with Tn panels were. I've sold the "is speed noticable" question but any ideas or what panel type is better?
