Speedstep is off but the cpu speed still jumps around, although only in "realtemp"

Whats that all about? Is that the C1E state things? I never turned any of them off, just turbo and HT on my i7 920.
 
Yup :) In the end though i decided i was happier undervolted with 1.175v at 3.6 with HT on than slightly overvolted with 1.275 at 4.0 and HT off.
